  Regardless of the market or industry, time management can be one of the greatest challenges faced by professionals at all levels.  And the impact of poor or less-than-optimal time management can have a ripple effect in both our professional and personal lives.  
 

This very popular session focuses on the fundamentals of time management, and the adoption of best practices that work for every professional in any industry.  A subset of our Time Management workshop, this session provides practical, effective techniques for making the best out of your day, both in and out of the office.

Session Objective
Provide attendees with an overview of the time management process, and introduce techniques that can be used to optimize their efforts during the day.

Target Audience
Individuals who feel that they have challenges with managing their time from day to day, and who wish to begin a program of optimizing their productivity.

Session Details

Each session runs about 3.5 hours, including the Q/A period and practice exercises.
