Suffers Major Losses During Hurricane Katrina

After several months of effort, the decision was made to move the PCGi
corporate operations to its Newark, DE and Madison, WI locations. The
extensive damage incurred by hurricane Katrina made it impossible for the
company to recover much of the critical infrastructure of the New Orleans
office. The losses, which also included about 40% of the company's
technical and support staff through residential displacement, were simply
too monumental from which to attempt to recover. The arduous recovery
process will continue through 2006 as we attempt to recover from this
disaster. Our sympathies go out to all who were affected by these
events.
