  Time Management Skills Workshop
Regardless of the market or industry, time management can be one of the greatest challenges faced by professionals at all levels.  The impact of poor or less-than-optimal time management can have a ripple effect in both our professional and personal lives. And in the non-profit world, efficiently managing one's time can make all the difference in the world as far as making the most out of a streamlined staff and limited resources.  This is particularly critical in today's economic environment where budgets are tighter than ever.

This very popular workshop focuses on the fundamentals of time management, and the adoption of best practices that work for every professional in any industry.  A subset of our Time Management course, this workshop provides practical, effective techniques for making the best use of your day, both in and out of the office.

"A person being paid $50,000 per year who wastes just one hour per day, is costing the organization $6,250 per year."

With a statistic like this, it is no wonder that non-profit organizations, government agencies, and corporations consider time management an important tool for staff and management.  Some clients that have taken this course include:

Astra Zeneca Ministry of Caring U.S. Navy
Dupont Elastomers West End Neighborhood House New Castle County
